Intro
Hey there! My name is Brandon Willis, and I’m the owner-operator of GlossAbility. When I’m not making cars look their best, I enjoy working out and spending time with my two dogs.
A little background…
I first developed an interest in detailing cars when I was 16 years old. I’m 35 now—time sure does move fast! Back then, forums were the popular way, and really one of the only ways, to connect with other detailers and learn, so that’s exactly what I did. Hours turned into days, then weeks, and my passion truly began.
Fast forward about five years, and I decided to turn detailing into a hobby rather than a career. Instead, I attended paintless dent repair school. I pursued PDR and paint touch-up for about 10 years.
At 31, I was diagnosed with a rare neurological condition called Friedreich’s Ataxia. I quickly realized that I would have to dramatically change my life and focus 100% on overcoming this unfortunate news.
Fortunately, with lots of help along the way, I am one of the very few people who gained access to an experimental drug. It has allowed me to come full circle and pursue the thing that started it all: detailing.
A quick note:
You might notice I move a bit differently these days while I manage this neurological condition. Rest assured, nothing has changed about the quality of my work — I remain as detail-oriented and thorough as always. Your car is in excellent hands.
My Guarantee
First and foremost, my goal is to deliver the best service experience possible, paired with the highest quality of work. I spare no expense on equipment or supplies to ensure your vehicle receives the absolute best outcome, using only the most premium products with superior durability—regardless of the cost to me.
Furthermore, every vehicle and every owner has unique needs and desires. I will always be upfront and transparent, offering the best advice tailored to what you want, not what benefits my bottom line. I’m not here to upsell or persuade you into services you don’t truly need or want. Instead, I’m here to execute what’s best for you and your vehicle.
